01 — Traceability

Every image and film generated in our studio and in SELV is recorded: client account, date, model used and generation identifier. Generated files are kept in the client’s private space.

This record lets us identify the origin of any content we produced.

02 — Faces and real people

• The faces in our casting are fictional, generated by AI. They do not depict existing people.
• We never reproduce a real person’s face or likeness without their prior written authorisation.
• When a client provides images of real people, the client guarantees that it holds those people’s authorisation.
• We refuse any request to imitate a public figure, to make a person say or do what they did not, or to mislead about the origin of content.

03 — Transparency

We tell our clients that the content they receive is generated by AI, and an AI label can be applied to visuals. When publishing, each client must disclose the AI origin of the content as required by applicable law.

04 — Report content

If you believe content produced by 33 Visuals uses your likeness, misleads, or infringes your rights, contact us via the contact form with the content concerned (link or file) and the reason for your report.

• We acknowledge every report within 48 h.
• Content under review is suspended from our services while we investigate.
• We inform the client concerned and keep the generation records needed for the investigation.
• If the report is justified, the content is permanently removed from our services and the reporting person is informed.
